The hotel is located on the beach in the center of the Patong dining, shopping and entertainment district, on the popular tropical resort island of Phuket, Thailand. The hotel is on the Beach Road in Soi Patong Tower, 100 meters south of the Bangla Road and 600 meters west from the largest shopping mall, Jungceylon. It also is located 40 km (50 minutes' drive) south-west of Phuket International Airport and north-west of Phuket Town and the ferry terminals.

This 4-story property is the only guest house with sea view rooms at this price, allowing guests to spend great holidays, though traveling on a budget. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a comfortable environment are offered. There are also free Wi-Fi and computers available in the reception area. The property has no elevator.
