Emerald Lake Lodge offers many activities throughout the year. We have amazing hiking right from your doorstep, canoe rentals, fishing rentals, snow shoe rentals, cross country ski rentals, a complimentary ski shuttle to the Lake Lousie Ski Hill and an out door hot tub and fire pit.
Exterior: Built of hand-hewn timber.The Main Lodge is surrounded by 24 cabins around the lake. The Lodge was originally built by the Canadian Pacific Railway. From upper or lower large verandahs, the visions nature presents are as fresh and breath-taking as ever. As in the past, Emerald Lake proudly welcomes those in search of the extraordinary.
Lobby: The lobby is of medium size and opens into quiet reading and sitting rooms and a games room. The lounge is enhanced by an oak bar salvaged from an 1890's Yukon saloon.

The Lodge Double guest rooms have two beds for maximum 4 and Lodge Queen guest rooms have one queen bed for maximum 2.Other amenities include Goose down duvets and feather pillows, full bath, Wood burning fireplace, private balcony, sitting area in front of fireplace, hair dryers, in room coffee makers, alarm clock.

In the dining room, lounge and bar you can sample Rocky Mountain Cuisine, the roots of which go back to both the lavish Victorian cooking from the CPR rail cars and the hearty meats prepared by Swiss and Austrian mountain guides. All dishes are artfully presented and professionally served. Our wine list is extensive and features many award-winning Canadian wines from central British Columbia, and includes a large selection of hard to find vintners' reserve wines. Cilantro on the Lake features a lighter Californian Cuisine.
