This hotel is located very close to Vancouver city centre (about 15 minutes on foot). In the near vicinity (within 10 minutes on foot), guests will find a diverse range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, cafés, bars aplenty and further entertainment venues. Links to the public transport network are only a few paces from the hotel, while the nearest train station is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Numerous sights of interest such as Science World, Robson Street, Gastown, and Stanley Park can all be reached in some 20 minutes with public transport.

This hotel was renovated in 2003 and comprises a total of 196 rooms, of which three are disability-friendly. The facilities within the fully air-conditioned building include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, lift access and a café. Further options here include a bar, a casino, and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs available for children, and a breakfast room. Business guests are offered rooms for conferences, conventions and meetings, while all visitors may take advantage of the public Internet access as well as the laundry and room service.
