This unique, boutique style hotel was built around a bright 3 story
atrium brought over from the Vancouver Expo '86 Grounds. Guests can
enjoy the cozy yet elegant ambience that can only be experienced in
a small hotel. There are 100 non-smoking guest rooms. This three
diamond hotel offers a complimentary morning paper and
complimentary Express Start Breakfast. Guests can also enjoy the
"state of the art" fitness center with dry sauna and three levels
of gated, covered underground parking, 2 secured guest elevators,
same day valet service and safety deposit boxes. The hotel offers
just under 4,000 square feet of newly renovated banquet space to
suit groups from twenty to one hundred and eighty.
Exterior: Bright 3-story hotel built around the historic Atrium
brought over from the site of the 1986 Vancouver Expo. Hotel
features a contemporary exterior design with exterior
balconies.
Lobby: Grand oversized lobby adorned with vaulted ceilings, marble
floors and countertops plus large windows. Lobby opens up to the
Great Room, which offers guests a chance to relax in one of the
many oversized chairs or couches and enjoy the warmth of the gas
burning fireplace.
Rooms
The comfortable rooms each come with an en suite bathroom, a shower
room, a hairdryer, a colour TV with 17 channels (Pay TV also
available on request), Web TV, a Sony Playstation, a radio,
Internet access, a direct dial telephone with a hook-up modem for
emails. Also to be found within the rooms are a tea/coffee machine,
ironing equipment, a double or king-size bed and individually
controllable air conditioning and heating.
Restaurant & Food
Every morning the free-of-charge Express Start breakfast bar is
open for guests. On offer here are cereals, toast, Danish teacakes,
croissants, yoghurts, hardboiled eggs, juice, milk and special,
freshly roasted coffee as well as delicious cinnamon-coloured bread
rolls.

Burnabay golf course is a 10-minute drive away.
Directions, How to get
there
Take exit 26 from the Trans Canada motorway. The free-of-charge
shuttle bus service is available from Vancouver City and the
surrounding area to the hotel.
