Guests are welcomed into the reception lobby with its 24-hour check-in and check-out service. Facilities on offer to guests include air conditioning, lift access, a hairdressing salon, an auditorium and a car park. For dining and drinks, guests can enjoy the hotel's own bar and restaurant. Conference facilities are available for business guests, and wireless Internet access is on offer in public areas (surcharge). Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services.

The spacious 37 m² studio suites are ?kitchen efficiency units' and come with a king-size bed, a coffee/tea maker and pay-per-view movies. Complimentary coffee/tea is replenished daily. Both smoking and non-smoking units are available. High-speed Internet access, fully equipped kitchens, individually regulated air conditioning, voicemail and 2-line phones with data ports are available on request only. Maximum occupancy is limited to 4 persons. Each accommodation unit comes with a private bathroom with a shower/bath and a hairdryer. Additional amenities include satellite/cable TV, a radio, an ironing set, individually regulated heating and either a balcony or a terrace. The fully equipped kitchens come with fridges, ovens and microwaves.

The Beyond Restaurant and Lounge is located in the far end of the lobby, offering continental breakfast, lunch and dinner in a contemporary setting.

The European-style spa is famous with locals and visiting celebrities and reservations are recommended. All guests are welcome to use the chemical-free indoor pool and eucalyptus steam rooms. Massage and spa treatments are also available. On-site entertainment is on offer in the hotel's own comedy club, which features moderately-priced entertainment, a full bar and light snacks. Reservations are strongly recommended.
