Exterior: The exterior is truly an amazing, modern architectural
marvel that has been described as "entertainment architecture"; the
resort's theme is emphasized by a dolphin statue that graces the
top of the hotel. The resort sits on 87 acres of beautifully
landscaped lakefront property.
Lobby: The lobby is large, with a delightful mix of décor. The
lobby has shades of aqua and coral, hand-painted murals,
beach-scene walls and custom-painted furniture, all under a huge
Arabian tent ceiling. In the center of the lobby is a beautiful
tiled water fountain.
Rooms
All rooms have the Heavenly Bed, with its custom-designed,
pillow-top mattress set, cozy down blanket, three crisp sheets with
thread counts between 180-250, comforter, duvet and five of the
fluffiest pillows, air-conditioning, two-line telephones with data
port and voice mail messaging, high-speed Internet access,
color/cable TV, mini-bar and in-room safe. Bedding is one king or
two double beds in the Dolphin wing. Club level rooms offer
upgraded amenities and a private lounge for continental breakfast,
snacks and cocktails.
Restaurant & Food
The hotel's signature restaurants include: Shula's Steak Houses;
Todd English's bluezoo freshest seafood with coastal cuisine;
Palio's, a festive, casually elegant Italian bistro; and Kimonos
Japanese Cuisine, with an authentic Japanese sushi bar. In
addition, the hotel has numerous fantastic restaurants to enjoy
when you want to relax and eat, without worrying about the dress
code. They include the Fresh Mediterranean Market, Gulliver's
Grill, Garden Grove Cafe, The Fountain, Cabana Bar & Grill and
