The hotel consists of a main building and an annexe, and offers a total of 300 rooms in addition to a reception desk manned around the clock, air conditioning, and lift access. Further facilities include an evening restaurant, a bar, a newspaper stand, and a public Internet connection. Room and laundry services are also available for hotel guests (charges apply), there is parking for those arriving by car (free of charge), and the hotel operates a complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

The rooms are appointed with tropical decor and all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer as well as individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. In addition, a direct dial telephone, a large satellite/ cable TV with free HBO (pay TV channel), tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board, and a hire safe are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.
