This hotel is for those who do not need to be directly on the beach, but want the central South Beach location. Exterior: The hotel is made up of five very unique 1930s Art Deco styled buildings that are situated on two acres of lush tropical grounds that include a courtyard and a landscaped pool area.
Lobby: The lobby is medium in size, and is decorated in the modern art deco style that South Beach is famous for. The sitting area in the centre of the lobby is designed around very stylish art deco furnishings. Tropical plants can also be seen throughout the lobby.

The rooms are medium in size, and are all decorated in light earth tone colours. The furnishings are made of light polished woods that go well with the fabrics used throughout the room. The bathrooms are medium in size, have a tub/shower combination, and are very well appointed.
