The hotel is located along a main road some 500 m from Buckingham Palace and other top London attractions such as the Houses of Parliament. Victoria Station (railway) is close by and Victoria Tube station (Victoria, District & Circle Lines) is just a 2-minute walk away. An abundance of shops and nightclubs are around 1 km away and it is a mere 100 m to the nearest bars, restaurants, pubs and links to the public transport network.

A unique hotel with a whole range of facilities such as a souvenir and jewellery shop, situated in a prime location.
Exterior: This Victorian building is very impressive, with its flag poles and all the typical Victorian touches to the brickwork, giving the hotel a regal feel.
Lobby: The lobby is large and superbly decorated. Its high ceiling gives it an airy feel, but it does not feel empty due to the many Victorian features all around, such as chandeliers, stained glass windows, and oil paintings. There is also a magnificent marble staircase which leads up to one of the lounge areas.

Rooms
The standard rooms are a good size and are well decorated in soft colours. The rooms in the main wing of the hotel are especially spacious as the ceilings are very high. Rooms enjoy modern facilities such as trouser press, satellite television, and direct dial telephone.

Restaurant & Food
A buffet is prepared at breakfast and at lunchtime. At lunchtime and in the evening there is also a set menu or an à la carte option available. Special dietary requirements are catered for.
