The hotel is situated in the Bayswater area opposite Kensington Gardens and close to Hyde Park. The nearest underground stations are Queensway and Bayswater which offer easy access to all areas of London, and they are only five minutes' walk from the hotel. 32 kms to the airport (heathrow) 60 kms to the airport (gatwick) 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station (queensway) 1 km to the nearest station (paddington) 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 5 km to the nearest fair site (earls court)

The hotel underwent a general overhaul and gave it a new, improved look. Renovated in the year 2001, this 7-storey hotel comprises 104 double rooms and 32 single rooms as well as one suite. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a safe and a café. There is also a bar, a restaurant and a public Internet terminal (for an additional fee) available for use. Guests arriving by car may park in the car park available. Laundry and room services round off the offerings.

On average the rooms are medium-sized and in very good condition, decorated in a traditional style with some modern touches. All rooms have a modem point and ironing facilities.
