Situated at Bandar Labuk Jaya, mile 7, Labuk Road, Sandakan, The Pavilion Hotel is the nearest hotel to the Sandakan Airport as it is only 5 minutes drive away (3 km). The world famous Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center and the adventurous Rainforest Discovery Center are only 13 km away. Going to Sandakan town is also convenient as taxi and public buses are easily available.

Newly built and opened in 2012, The Pavilion Hotel boasts 90 guestrooms, conference facilities, which consist of a ballroom with maximum capacity of 250 persons, and two meeting rooms which are ideal for meeting, product launching and seminar. Other amenities comprise wheelchair accessible, money exchange facilities, car park, medical services, wireless internet access, room and laundry services.

The guestrooms are tastefully designed with the guest comfort in mind.
