The 4-storey hotel consists of 12 modern and spacious 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and a terrace. There is a small aperitif bar at the back of the property. This property is suitable for families due to the spacious 2-bedroom apartments. All apartments have sliding doors to their respective large balconies overlooking the new harbour of Dubronvik. The hotel has a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, while those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel car park or garage.

The rooms offer a large living room with satellite TV and DVD player, a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave, balconies with lovely views and a bathroom with either bath/shower or shower and hairdryer. The bright and airy living area of these apartments contains a double pull-out couch suitable for 2 small children or one adult.
