Younger guests can run wild on the children's playground or at the kids' club. Guests can enjoy a drink at the café and bar, and dine in one of the 3 restaurants. There is also a retail shop offering gifts and pastries. Wireless Internet access is available and guests can also take advantage of the room and laundry services. There is a car park for those arriving by car.

Accommodation units are spacious with a generous balcony and terrace space, tastefully decorated and well equipped with quality fittings and facilities to give maximum comfort and ensure a relaxing stay. Guest rooms are located on the second and third floors in the main buildings and are spacious, starting off at 64 square metres and going up to 215 square metres. All are equipped with modern fittings and high-end amenities such as an alarm clock with an iPod docking station, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, an international direct dial telephone, a mini fridge and individually regulated air conditioning. All rooms are en suite and feature a shower, bath and hairdryer, as well as a double bed, a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set.

An American breakfast is served daily at the Island Café, while there are two elegant restaurants serving Western and Thai cuisine, with an emphasis on fresh seafood and quality products and ingredients. There is also a pool deck bar and café serving light meals, snacks and refreshing drinks. Guests can select a continental breakfast from a buffet each morning. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed à la carte or selected from a set menu.

Guests can lounge and relax in private pool units, pool access villas or in the infinity pool on the beachfront overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. The resort offers free usage of the exercise room, the kids' corner and a shuttle bus service to town and the entertainment centre. Choices of resort activities with minimal fees include yoga classes, aerobics, games, Thai food cooking courses, cultural tours, island hopping and sightseeing tours. The hotel also offers a children's swimming area, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a hot tub and, for a fee, massages and spa treatments. Fans of the fairway can visit a golf course in Santiburi about 30 km away.

For safety reasons, children from 1-10 years are not allowed to stay in the private pool studio and pool-access villas. The resort does not provide a pool lifeguard service. Although the pools are only 1.2 metres deep, guests are reminded to swim at their own risk.
