The hotel, built in 1981 by Simone and Anna Maria Azara according
to the architectural genius of Mr. Busiri Vici from Rome, is one of
the first buildings in the area which created what is now known as
the Costa Smeralda (Emerald Coast). The large private car park
welcomes hotel guests free of charge. Renovated in 2009, the
air-conditioned beach hotel offers 32 guest rooms as well as a
lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a TV lounge,
café and breakfast room. Guests may also take advantage of the WLAN
Internet access, room and laundry services, and a bicycle hire
service.
Rooms
The double rooms are all equipped with an en suite bathroom with
shower and hairdryer, a courtesy set, telephone, TV, minibar, safe,
Internet access and individually regulated air conditioning and
heating. Guests may also relax on their private balcony with sea or
garden view.

A breakfast buffet is served each morning.
Activities & Sport
The hotel collaborates with the Pevero Golf Club with an 18-hole
course, which is one of the best in Europe. The hotel has a
swimming pool with poolside snack bar and sun terrace with sun
loungers and parasols. Water sport enthusiasts can enjoy
waterskiing, diving, surfing, motor boating, sailing, canoeing and
pedal boating. Tennis, horse riding and biking are also offered.
Sun loungers and parasols can be hired for a fee on the nearby
sandy beach.
Comments
Check-in is possible throughout the day, but the room will be
available at 2 pm. Check-out is before 11 in the morning. Late
check-out is possible but subject to availability.
Directions, How to get
there
From Costa Smeralda airport and the port of Olbia, drive along the
SS125 towards Arzachena-Costa Smeralda. After about 8 km, turn
right onto the SP73 towards Porto Rotondo-Porto Cervo. Continue
along the SP94 and turn onto the SP59 in the direction of Porto
Cervo.
