Kothi was built by the late Shri Anandilal Hemraj Koolwal in the year 1934. The legacy of Anandilal Hemraji lives on inside the exquisitely designed Haveli and Kothis. He not only made these Havelis but also constructed Dharamshalas Hospitals, Rest houses for the needy and also donated a lot of wealth for charity 2 kms to city centre 168 kms to the nearest airport (sanganeer)

The building is made of lime work which reflects the regal times and the grandeur of a by-gone era. The hotel showcases the gracious living and charming tradition of Nawalgarh and is designed with a lobby area, which maintains vintage decor. The property is known for its comfort and affordable hotel rooms and common areas and also comprises if a bar and restaurant offering Shekhawati cuisine.

The Kothi has 10 individually designed rooms where one can witness and live like how the Maharajas used to. You will find the Kothi filled with antique furniture. We have given a lot of importance to detail to recreate life as it was almost 80-100 years ago.
