The resort is located in the charming village of Kalavasos, nestled on a slope of the Vassilikos River Valley. It is around 3 km from the Cyprus' southern coast and close to the beach areas of Zygi, Governor's and St. George Alamanos. The hotel is opposite the 19th century St. Mary's Tetiotissa Church and situated on a quiet street to the left of the central village square. It is about 2 km from the archaeological museum Tenta Kalavasos, 30 minutes' drive from Limassol, Larnaca city and the international airport, and 45 minutes' drive from Nicosia.This 19th century building was expanded and masterfully restored to house the hotel and spa retreat with the tranquillity of the library with open fireplace and an atmosphere of elegance and comfort which transports the house guests through art, literature and philosophy to the charm of the Romantic period at the turn of the 19th to 20th century. All these features give the retreat the character of the modern day Asclepius. The hotel consists of 11 uniquely styled suites, a restaurant, bar, conference/meeting room, library and a tranquil courtyard.
