The complex is located on the coast, close to the village of Catalkoy and approximately 5 km from the pretty harbour town of Kyrenia. The nearest connection to the public transport network is about 500 metres away and Ercan Airport is approximately 32 km from the hotel.

This luxury beach hotel offers entertainment and relaxation and was built in 2010 in a modern design with a touch of Las Vegas, created by its own casino. The accommodation is built in three blocks with 408 guest rooms in total overlooking the hotel's port amenities. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities include lift access, a currency exchange and a hairdressing salon. There is a games room, children's playground and a kids' club for younger guests to enjoy. The many facilities also include shops, an ATM cash machine and a choice of wining and dining venues such as the pub and restaurant. The hotel also features the port/beach club, which is an entertainment venue with a disco, bar and cafe. In addition, the hotel has wireless Internet access (fees apply), free parking facilities and room and laundry services are available for an additional fee. Conference facilities are available to business travellers.

Rooms
The standard rooms combine luxury and comfort in a modern, contemporary style and are decorated in muted tones. Rooms are furnished with double or king-size beds. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a bath and a hairdryer. All rooms also have a LCD TV with Pay channels available, air conditioning, central heating, a minibar (an extra charge applies), wireless Internet access, an electronic safe box and they have a balcony or terrace. The suites have more comprehensive facilities and accessories.
